What If

What if life is a game of sorts

A quest to find

A love divine

What if you are just one of many

searchin’ hither

wanderin’ yon

seekin’ purpose at ev’ry turn

What if life is filled with clues

revealing little

disclosing much

And what about eternity

Is it near

or far away

It’s all a blur

through this lens of mine

Wonderin’ if my light

can shine  and brighten

the darkest and eeriest night.

Let’s live each day

to make God smile

for we’ll see his face

in a little while.

As troubles ebb

and blessings flow

Take his promises

wherever you go.
