May Blessings Abound

Good Monday  morning, friends! What a privilege it is to wake up this morning and to greet the day with thanksgiving, repentance, and a will to love and serve the Lord. Let’s make the best of this day by doing something that isn’t on the agenda — something that will leave an imprint on the hearts of others. What are your plans, hopes, and dreams for this day? Does it include service? I’d love to join you in praying for God’s help and trusting that he will be with us through it all.

Personally, I’m expecting good things today — not because I deserve it, but because God longs to bless those who love and serve him. In fact, I know he will send someone to make me smile. Maybe I’ll get a treat of some kind. Perhaps one of my longstanding prayers will be answered today. Whatever he decides to do, I trust that it will be good. The same holds true for you, dear friends. Remember, blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. When we allow the distractions of the day to simply pass by and return our focus to God alone, we will start to see our blessings far more than those annoying hiccups that sometimes get us off track. I can hardly wait to hear about your good news. When it happens, please stop by and scroll down to the comments to share it with me. I trust that your day will be as amazing as mine.

Before you leave today, please take a few minutes to raise your hands to worship. I hope you enjoy Anthony Brown’s song entitled “Trust in You.” May blessings abound! <3
