Good Monday morning, friends! It’s so good to be among the living, and that means that you’re still in the fight of your lives. You already know the enemy’s MO — to kill, steal, and destroy. Here’s how we counter his strategy and fight:
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. ~Ephesians 6:10-18
When the enemy tries to attack (and you know he will), hit him with this knowledge. Let him know that you’re bulletproof!
Before you leave today, take a few minutes to enjoy my Music Monday selection by Citizen Way entitled “Bulletproof.” May blessings abound! <3

You’re welcome!! Needed this today. I’m facing some challenges that are overwhelming. I’m prayerful to get one in particular resolved. It’s imperative since it affects my life literally. I have an incurable cancer, however have been treating with preventative meds. For some reason my insurance plan I thought I had is not active. I’m hopeful to get things resolved this morning. Say a prayer for me and thank you for your inspiring words. I really needed them today. It’s interesting, as bloggers we never know who’s life we will touch. You touched mine today. God bless
I will be praying that God ties up the loose ends today that are acting as an obstacle. He’s mighty and at work in the midst of these challenges. Thanks for your kind words, sweet lady. I needed them today.
Thank you. We all need a little inspiration some days. I pray the lord blesses you today in miraculous ways.

Thanks for the reblog.
Yes, we must remain armored. The enemy goes about seeking whom he may devour and destroy. As Christian, especially new Christians, we tend to get a false sense of security. However, Paul told Timothy to fight the good fight of faith because the enemy tries to fight us by believing God’s word is not truth, especially for those who have come into the truth of His word. For a matter-of-fact, Satan came to Jesus to tempt him with the word of God. Thanks for reminding us to stay armed.
Yvonne, you’re absolutely right! He did tempt Jesus. I sometimes leave the house without wearing a belt, but I’ll remember to wear the belt of truth.
