Good morning, friends! Today I’d like to share a message of hope with you. If you’re living a life that seems hopeless — facing a death sentence, drowning in sin, or just feeling lost, know that you are not alone. Many are in the same situation waiting patiently for God to make a way. The difference between a seemingly hopeless situation and a hopeful one is the belief that God will indeed make a way.
Have you ever prayed for a miracle or for a mountain to move out of your way? I bet you have. God hears those desperate pleas in the midnight hour and those tucked away in your heart because you just can’t figure out what to say.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Let this day be the day that you take the first step of faith. Let this moment be the first moment that you fall to your knees, part your lips, and say “Father, please forgive me. I know that I am a sinner and have done things that displease you. I’m ready now to make a change, to listen for your voice, and to do your will. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me and to move past my troubled past. Mend my broken heart, Lord and heal my wounded body. I owe you my life, and I will give up everything to follow you.” If you just prayed that prayer, God heard your cry. At your weakest moment, he is right there with you. I can testify to that.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. ~ 2 Corinthians 12:9
You may be looking at your situation or your son’s or daughter’s situation, trying to figure out how God will work things out. You can’t see it with your limited vision; you can only see what’s here and now, BUT GOD has the power to hold the whole world, and he certainly has the power to hold this situation in the palm of his hand. In an instant, your life can change and you’ll be singing “You made a way. You made a way. Don’t know how, but you did it.” Thank you, God for having it all figured out. May blessings abound! ❤
Before you leave, get ready to praise the Lord in advance for answered prayers. My Music Monday selection for today is “You Made a Way” by Anthony Brown. Enjoy! ❤
